Principles of Laser Marking Machines   The laser marking machine mainly uses a laser beam to make permanent marks on the surface of various substances. Its working principle is that a high-energy laser beam is generated by a laser and focused by an optical system before irradiating the object’s surface to be marked.   When the laser beam interacts with the object’s surface, it will cause physical or chemical changes in the material on the object’s surface, thereby forming a specific mark. For example, on a metal surface, the laser beam can instantaneously heat up and vaporize the metal, leaving a clear engraving; on a plastic surface, the laser beam can carbonize the plastic surface and form a dark mark.   Different types of laser marking machines use different lasers.
